With this system the movements of files and letters becomes seamless and there is more transparency in the system since each and every action taken on files is recorded electronically, this simplify decision making as all the required information is available at a single point.

CONDITIONS : All Users must be employees of GBT
REQUIREMENTS : HTML5 Browser compatible, Speed of not less than 5Mbps, GovNet connectivity, Active eOffice Username and Password
